Cake Descriptions:

Reese's Peanut Butter Cake - rich dark chocolate cake, chocolate butter cream frosting, peanut butter and cream cheese filling, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup on each slice.

Grasshopper Cakes - rich dark chocolate cake, chocolate or vanilla butter cream frosting, crushed mint chocolate cookie crumb between layers, chocolate ganache top, chocolate dipped mint cookie on each slice. 

Tiramisu Cake - vanilla cake soaked in home made simple syrup with espresso and Grand Marnier, home made vanilla custard filling, vanilla buttercream frosting and decorated with home made Lady Fingers all around cake.  Topped with dark cocoa powder .

Chocolate Raspberry Torte - Rich dark chocolate cake, alternating layers of raspberry cream filling and chocolate pasty cream frosting between layers, chocolate or vanilla butter cream frosting.

Vanilla Raspberry Torte - Vanilla cake, raspberry cream filling between layers, vanilla butter cream frosting.

Black Forest Cake - rich dark chocolate cake, Sweet cherry cream filling, cafe  mocha frosting maraschino cherries on each slice. 

Ultimate Chocolate Cake – 6 layers rich dark chocolate cake, cafe mocha frosting, chocolate ganache icing on top.

Ultimate Carrot Cheese Cake - Two layers of moist carrot cake with one layer of vanilla cheese cake in between, cream cheese frosting, decorated with frosted carrots . Two cake in one!

Lemon Torte - Rich lemon cake saturated with simple syrup, alternating layers of fresh lemon filling and frosted overall in  vanilla butter cream frosting.

Orange Cream Cake - Sweet orange layer cake made with fresh squeezed oranges and orange zest, fresh orange filling and vanilla butter cream frosting. 

Chocolate Blackout Cake - rich chocolate tops cake, chocolate pastry cream filling, dark chocolate frosting, and chocolate ganache icing on top.

Caramelized Banana Cake - rich banana and walnut cake, caramelized banana slices between layers, cream cheese frosting. Chocolate Ganache tops

Strawberry Cream Cake - Moist white cake layered with fresh strawberries and fresh whipped cream filing.

Boston Cream Cake - Yellow cake with vanilla pastry creamng, topped with a chocolate ganache.

Heath Bar Crunch Cake - Dark chocolate cake with a mocha frosting and filling . Topped with a heath bar crunch crumble and ganache.

Giant Cupcake Cake - available in chocolate, white, yellow, marble, strawberry and Lemon. Frosted in a combination of chocolate and vanilla butter cream frosting.

Neapolitan Cake - Chocolate, White and Strawberry layers of cake with fresh strawberry and vanilla butter cream filling, chocolate pastry cream filling, and Vanilla Butter Cream frosting on top. Also available with Chocolate Butter Cream frosting.

Italian Cream Cake - Rum cake with Cannoli cream filling and chocolate pastry cream filling, covered with fresh whipped cream frosting. Also available with Vanilla butter cream.

Salted Vanilla Caramel Cake - 6 layers of white cake with alternating layers of vanilla diplomat or lemon diplomat cream, homemade caramel, and caramel butter cream, frosted in caramel butter cream or vanilla butter cream with a caramel drizzle. This is the "Winning Cake" that beat all other bakeries in the Capital District for 'Best Tasting Cake" at the 2011 Quandt's Bakery Show, and again at the Exit 9 Wine and Liquor Cupcake and Wine Pairing Contest.

First Prize Banana Split Cake - award winning 3 Layers of cake- Chocolate, White, and Caramelized Banana with two fillings. Between one layer a Cherry Buttercream and the other layer has Fresh Strawberries and whipped Cream. Available in a Vanilla Buttercream or a whipped cream frosting.
